Outsource Your Payroll to Colchester's Leading Accountants

Nobody ever said that running a business is not a challenge. Add to this the responsibility of employment legislation and taxation and your workload multiplies. Non-compliance, whether accidental or purposeful, can mean financial penalties landing on your doormat; this is why it’s so important to keep your accounts in good order. An in-house HR function is a luxury that not every business can justify, so managing payroll can be an added demand on your time, money, and resources.

The unpredictable working day of a company’s CEO can cause payroll management to fall to the bottom of the ‘to-do list’. Is it about time you made that call? Speak to the experienced team at P S Bookkeeping and Accountancy who can manage your payroll function on your behalf. Our services are available to companies of all sizes for very competitive rates.

We have a team of experienced accountants who can handle your payroll responsibilities on a weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly basis using Sage Payroll. Every employer receives a payment report by email and printed payslips by post on pay day. A full payroll report can also be prepared on your behalf and sent by email. We have a Sage module which handles automatic enrollment exclusively, ensuring that payments and contributions can be dealt with in-house.

We will process any payroll information quickly and accurately, including Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and National Insurance. Our accountants are up to date with HMRC RTI procedures, meaning all relevant forms and annual returns will be filed as and when required, lifting the pressure from your shoulders.

There are no distance restrictions placed on the services offered by P S Book Keeping & Accountancy, we prepare all accounts on your behalf and email them back to you, ensuring you have up-to-date documentation.

We post all necessary payment reports, including payslips, and process your staff members’ automatic enrollment into your pension scheme. As part of our service, we maintain employee records, record holidays and periods of absence/illness as standard within payroll. Furthermore, year-end returns, P60s, P45s and RTIs will be submitted to all employees and HMRC.
